Daniel O'Sullivan, Chief Executive Officer
Dan has over 18 years experience in the communication field. His past experience covers the design, installation, and operation of a wide variety of communications systems as well as direct experience in technical sales and management. He has a broad knowledge in telephony, enterprise networking and datacom cabling. Dan holds an RCDD/NTS/OSP certification, many technical training certifications and holds low voltage and specialty licenses in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina and Tennessee.

Dennis Bristol II, President and Chief Operating Officer
Dennis has over 15 years experience in the telecommunications industry including 7 years with Alcatel in Research and Development. He has a BS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University. While at Alcatel he worked in the Systems Test department for SONET networks and in software testing for the ADSL product line. Dennis also has extensive management skills leading Sales & Marketing teams in the telecom industry. Currently, Dennis is responsible for the day-to-day operations of GC&E including Sales, Marketing, Cabling & Electrical Operations, HR and Accounting.

Nita Edwards, Chief Financial Officer
Nita has over 27 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources and Information Technology. She has worked in many diverse industries, and has held the titles of Controller, Director of Finance and CFO for over 20 years in her career. She has undergraduate degrees in Business Administration, Accounting and Information Systems and a graduate degree in Accounting and Finance. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has been awarded many academic honors, which include the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountant's Academic Excellence Award.

David DeCelles, Regional Vice President of Operations
David has more than 30 diversified years of experience in the telecommunication and premise distribution arena. His experience includes design/engineering, sales, account management and project management with such companies as Northern Telecom and GTE prior to coming to work at GC&E. David has been a BICSI RCDD since 1993 and holds a State of Georgia Low Voltage license from the Construction Industry Licensing Board. During his career David has supported a diverse and impressive customer list ranging from AT&T, IBM, EDS, Ernst & Young as well as many others. Currently, David is responsible for the AT&T/CDC contract as well as having responsibilities over the Cabling Operations Department.

Jeff Town, Director of Emerging Technologies
Jeff has over 17 years of knowledge and experience in helping customers with design & engineering, purchasing, project management, and sales/estimating in data network cabling and physical security, access control, CCTV and perimeter control systems. Jeff holds accreditations and certifications in TPMA Project Management, BICSI Telecommunication Design (RCDD), Systimax, Corning Fiber Splicing, GE Security Systems, Pelco CCTV, Premier Wireless systems, Leviton, Siemon, Valcom, 3M Telecom and Panduit CI certifications, and maintains current membership in BICSI and ASIS, while studying for PSP (physical security professional) certification.

Rick Barnes, Director of Electrical Services
Rick has over 32 years of experience as an electrician and electrical supervisor. Rick is a certified Master Electrician in Georgia, Arkansas and Nashville, TN. He has worked for numerous electrical and industrial contractors throughout the Southeast. Rick has experience in low voltage, high voltage, building automation controls, as well as fire alarm and security systems. Previously, Rick was Facility Manager for a major telecommunication company in Atlanta and provided management over-site at two other locations in Miami and Nashville. His position required him to develop on site preventive maintenance schedules, preventive maintenance training programs, as well as equipment repair and replacement. Rick also worked as Regional manager for a major UPS manufacturer's representative in Atlanta. His responsibilities included supervising onsite preventive maintenance crews, providing, installing and maintaining emergency generators and UPS equipment for various data center owners throughout the southeast region. Currently, Rick is responsible for all service work and projects within the electrical department.

Howard Forsch, Director of Engineering
Howard has almost 42 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He retired from AT&T/Lucent in 2001 after working for them for 32 years. While at Lucent his responsibilities ranged from managing the structured cabling solutions division to designing and implementing transport cabling systems for various customers. Currently Howard is responsible for all Local Government contracts as well as creating new business opportunities. Howard is certified on Systimax Structured Cabling, Intelligent Building Systems, Facility Network Management Systems, and CAD design concepts.

Brendan Talty – IMCS II – Program Manager
Brendan has over 10 years experience in the telecommunications industry including 6 years with a large Government Integrator. While there, he lead their Army Account Management initiatives throughout North America, Southwest Asia and Europe. Prior to that, he was an Optical Network Systems Engineer and Member of the Consulting Staff at Lucent Technologies, where he deployed and commissioned long-haul DWDM OC-192 Networks across North and South America. Brendan also has experience in Cisco Data Network design and pre-sales support. Currently, Brendan is responsible for the day-to-day Management of the Army IMCS-II Program.

John Santacroce, CPA - Controller
John is a senior financial manager with over 25 years of experience, the last 20 years of which were at the Controller / Chief Financial Officer level for various organizations. John began his career in public accounting and then moved into the private sector gaining experience in the manufacturing, construction and financial services industries.
John earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting from Rutgers University, John is an active member of Beta Gamma Sigma, The National Honor Society for Accounting majors and a Certified Public Accountant.

Janice Tuitt, Assistant Controller
Janice has over 12 years of experience within the accounting sector including billing, collections, AP, AR, HR and payroll. Janice holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Management from Florida State University. Currently, Janice is responsible for all accounts payable, accounts receivable, and also with assisting the CFO with daily management of the accounting department.

Christine has over 32 years experience in Human Resources. She is well-versed in all areas associated with HR such as recruitment, union negotiations, Wage and Compensation, Company acquisitions and P&L evaluations. Christine's current responsibilities include all facets of human resources for us.
